What will you be working with?
Handling and coordination of our IT Service Desk
Solving incoming 1st and 2nd level support tickets
Taking care of other requests from approx. 200 users within the domain
Shaping the future IT environment of Bitcoin Suisse
Supporting and close collaboration with the IT Systems Engineers
Here is our wish list for what you can do already
Apprenticeship Information Technology or similar education
Scripting know-how (e.g. Powershell) and Linux knowhow would be a further asset
Ability and initiative to learn and adapt to systems, processes and new technologies
Passion for crypto assets and blockchain
Service oriented personality and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English
